How long does a typical installation take?
Most installations take 2–5 days depending on the size of the project and type of flooring.
Do you refinish existing hardwood floors?
Yes. We offer sanding, staining, and finishing services to restore the beauty of worn floors.
Can you match new flooring to my existing floors?
Yes. We specialize in staining and color matching to the best of our ability to a pre-existing stain if the owner has knowledge of what was done before.
How often should hardwood floors be refinished?
On average, every 7–10 years depending on traffic and wear. Some high-traffic areas may need it sooner.
Do you repair damaged floors?
Yes. We repair scratches, dents, pet stains, water damage, and can replace damaged boards.
What finishes do you offer?
We provide matte, satin, semi-gloss, and high-gloss swedish or waterbase finishes. We’ll help you choose based on your style and needs.
How do I care for my new hardwood floors?
Sweep or vacuum regularly, use furniture pads, avoid excess water, and use a non-wax wood floor cleaner (such as Woodwise). Consider recoating every 5 years, or as needed, to keep the floors looking polished and durable.

Do you offer warranties on your work?
Yes. We stand behind our craftsmanship and provide warranties on our work such as: installation and refinishes (not materials).
How soon can I walk on my floors after refinishing?
You can usually walk on them in socks after 24 hours. Furniture should be moved back after 48–72 hours, depending on finish.
Do you move furniture before starting a project?
No. We do not move furniture in a home. The home must be cleared and ready for scope of work in the designated areas that work is being done in.
What payment options do you accept?
We accept personal checks, cashier checks and cash as payment. Payment details will be discussed at your estimate.
